Filipino love to eat rice and most of my readers will agree to that unless you’re into diet which you will limit your rice intake to your body but otherwise most of the Pinoy love to eat rice. Hukad sa Golden Cowrie Restaurant is very accessible in major malls in Cebu City and to mention are Ayala Center Cebu and SM Seaside City Cebu but they also have other branches such as in Parkmall in Mandaue City, South Town Centre in Tabunok, Talisay City.
Why I would recommend and not to miss Hukad sa Golden Cowrie Restaurant? I listed some reasons why I want to dine-in in Hukad sa Golden Cowrie Restaurant with my family, friends or colleagues.
- Lutong-Bahay foods
– It’s good to eat the native Lutong-Bahay foods such as Sinigang (chicken or pork), Ginisang Talong, and any other lutong-bahay foods listed on their menus. I love the way they maintain their menus to Lutong-Bahay. Though, they still offer specialized food like Calamares, Sisig which I believe it’s not the typical lutong-bahay.
- Unlimited Rice
– Most of the restaurant offers unlimited rice to their customers are more patok especially to Pinoy like Mang Inasal which I recently posted few days ago. Again, Filipino will still crave a rice on their cheat day of diet week. 🙂 Did that? hahaha.. That’s why Mang Inasal also patok to Pinoy and the one reason why you should try Hukad sa Golden Cowrie Restaurant.
- Service Crew/Managers
–I seldom experience to ask how is my experience on their food and restaurant? Which give them a point in this matter? It’s like they care their customers how’s their experience on what they eat. Isn’t cool? It’s like your girlfriend/boyfriend ask you if how are you. Haha.. (Hugot: “Mabuti pa ang manager sa Hukad, may pakialam sa akin, ikaw kailan pa?“). Translation to english is still in negotiation. 😀
- Ambiance – I love the place and the ambiance of the restaurant. The light they use is not really so bright and not so dim. It’s a balance of the place.
That’s maybe the reason why almost everytime I pass by in Hukad sa Golden Cowrie Restaurant is always first come, first serve policy. Because of the limited space in mall, hope they will have their own space where they can expand right away depend on the customers.
