Lechon Baboy is one of the crowd favorites among all Filipinos. In fact, Lechon Baboy is always present in most of the occasion around the Philippines like Fiesta, Birthday, Christening, Wedding and other occasions.
Cebu is one of the places to look if you’re looking for the best Lechon. Cebu is known for making the crowd favorite Lechon Baboy. One incident that went viral was between two Lechon Baboy brand name that started from an article in ABS-CBN wherein, the writer mentioned that this Lechon brand name was the Cebu Best Lechon? Why it goes viral? Since most Cebuanos reacted on that article headline.
Honestly, before it goes viral I haven’t tried the Lechon Baboy of Ricos Lechon. I only tried the Lechon that was the headline on the said article. Yes, it was good and tasteful but I’ve finally tried Ricos Lechon (actually I forgot when) and it was really good. If I compared both, I would rather go with Rico’s Lechon too. The crispiness of the skin of their Lechon Baby is still crispy and the tenderness and smell of the meat are really good and not questionable.
That’s why it’s not questionable why Ricos Cebu Best Lechon #DaBestGyud won the Silver Stevie Award during the Asia-Pacific Stevie Award during the awarding in Tokyo, Japan. #ProudlyPinoy! It means that our product is recognized by International Markets.
Rico’s Lechon is not only about Lechon Baboy but they have other menus to enjoy. During the Thanksgiving party of Rico’s Lechon, I was amazed that some of the lists in the menu is really good like Garlic Squid Ball, Sizzling Lechon Sisig, Kamote Balls, and Adobe Kangkong.
